This is where you will find the instructions and forms to enroll your family with CYS Services and to register for SKIESInstruction classes, Parent Education, and Sports & Fitness. Review the instructions and complete the forms before making your visit to Parent Central Services. See you soon!

There are several forms that need to be completed and information to be provided when you enroll your children with CYS Services. Please use the appropriate checklists to assist you to complete all the correct forms and provide the necessary information prior to your visit to Parent Central Services.

Part Day Pre-School and Strong Beginnings:
This program is offered at all CDC facilities. This program provides a variety of activities to assist children with school readiness. Emphasis is placed on technology, the arts, physical development (including both gross motor and fine motor development), math, science, and literacy. It also offers children an opportunity to socialize with other children while building readiness skills for school. All Part Day Preschools and Strong Beginnings follow the DoDDS calendar. Children are eligible to enroll in this program if they are ages 3-5 years old by the school cut-off date and potty trained. Sign ups for 2009-2010 school year begin July 11th.


CALL OUT: Registration begins Saturday 11 July 2009 from 1000-1400 at Parent Central Services Patch building 2347.

Hourly Care
CDCs and SACs on all installations offer hourly care. Contact each Center directly to inquire about availability and fees.

Waitlist Application
In the event your child care option is full, you have the option of placing your child on our waitlist. Complete the Waitlist Application and bring into Parent Central Services to have your child placed on our child care waitlist.

-Volunteer
There are many ways you can volunteer within CYS Services through Parent Involvement and coaching with Sports & Fitness.
