Army Community Service

Army Community Service is the main center for information and referral within US Army Garrison Stuttgart. The Information, Referral, and Follow-up (IR&F) Program Manager is the primary source of information for community members and visitors for any information or assistance they may need and will refer them to appropriate agencies for assistance. The IR&F office maintains a combination of hard copy and electronic files of installation and community resources. The IR&F program provides a bank of four Yellow Ribbon Room computers that will allow individuals to check their e-mail accounts.
